Work Highlight: General Mills

At General Mills, I had the privilege of leading a team of content authors to enhance the Convenience and Foodservice website, where we streamlined the authoring process and collaborated with an agile development team for site improvements using Sitecore CMS. My role extended to various U.S. and international brand websites, focusing on UX enhancement, design, development, content creation, and continuous support, primarily utilizing WordPress and Sitecore CMS. Further advancing digital capabilities, I established an internal WordPress team to support brand websites, leading to the formation of a dedicated in-house team and several pilot initiatives for WordPress hosting solutions, culminating in a successful transition to WP Engine for hosting operations. My tenure at General Mills was also marked by creative contributions, including campus photography and documenting corporate events.
